Order CancellationIf you need to cancel your order before it ships, please contact our customer service immediately. Since we ship orders within 3 working days, we recommend acting fast. Your credit card will only be charged once your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

To cancel, send an email to our customer service team with the subject line "Cancellation" and your order number. We will do our best to stop the shipment, though we cannot guarantee it due to the quick shipping process. If your order is successfully canceled, you will be refunded within 15 days.

Returning an ItemIf you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and undamaged, and suitable for resale.

To initiate a return, contact our customer service first to notify us. Returns cannot be processed without prior approval. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility and is non-refundable.
